We will use a little rhythm to align your body and mind to better reflect your unique expressions of courage, humor and joy.

Together we will be clearing out preconceptions of how we view others to create new connections and rejuvenated relationships. This is a guided, easygoing embodied and joyful meditation. The Hawaiian word ho‘oponopono comes from ho‘o ("to make") and pono ("right").
